For he longest time, I used to think the trya show ( ala everyday chnl 5 at 10 am / 6pm ) was like another oprah wannabe. Trying to deal witth minute social issuses.
Well, I was darn wrong! Over the past few days, she has been dealing with self esteem issuses and omg! Freaking true and touching.

Im sure everyone one of us has something of which we are not pleased about ourselves, and I mean the simple things like a fat face / thighs / arms or simply one's weight. If you are one of those professing NO NO, not me, then woah you are either really really secure or you are lying to yourself.

Admittedly, I have no right to rebuke anyone / act saintly here cause admittedly I have my own dark past. I wont dwell there. And there are friends and people I know and hold dear to me that probably are in a self esteem rut. I know and can understand that it sucks to be in such a situations and it feels like you're stuck in a rut or worse.

Who should we blame the media.? I believe so, of course, it isn't entirely their fault, but its also our failure to realise that many a time, we fail realise that they have an army behind them to help them look presentable and even airbrush and photo-editing to make them look great do you think that anyone is naturally able to look like this:

the skinny pictures were taken six months later when he dropped all the weight. Although fat or skinny I think we can all agree on one thing: Jared Leto is really really sexy. I can't decide which of these pictures turns me on more. I think I'm going to print them both out and put them on either side of my bed. It'll be like a handsome sandwich filled with a generous helping of me.
