Hong Kong!
The weather was great! Whats not to love about 16 deg temperatures? WINTER!
*%&$^WOULD THE ASS WHO IS CALLING MY HOME AND HANGING UP THE PHONE AFTER ONE RING PLEASE STOP IT! ITS DAMN IRRITATING!*&*((&
Back to the point...I used to believe that Bangkok was the centre of the world for shopping but after the June and recent trip there, my opinion has been totally changed. Obviously the centre is now HONG KONG.
There's - wonderful cantonese dramas
- four seasons
- finally being able to understand what the world the sales assistant were saying instead of having to gesticulate to the thai assistants
- delicious and tasty food
- SHOPPING!
As you can see, loads of clothes and busted a whole load of cash.
Here's what I bought =
1 pair of sunglasses1 bag1 fur coat :)1 sweater2 blazars2 jackets ( 1 adidas one! )
3 vests
4 long pants
4 tee shirts
6 shirtsnonetheless, the stuff i did buy is way longer. Ah well, shopping was great anyways.
Heh now comes the time to whine and bitch....About Guangzhou...
On the fourth day of our trip, our merry band of three packed up our stuff and headed for Guangzhou, expecting a whole load of walking , armed with expectations of shuffling with the chinese grabbing for amazing deals and convinced about other's notions about the shopping heaven it was. Not to mention the amazing hotel that was recommended by a certain mum's friend ( growl )We could not be more mistaken, cheated and hugely disappointed.
Strike 1-The first shocker came when I was nearly run down by a bus while crossing the road.
Strikes 2 to 34245- Lido hotel, sorry, probably im a spoilt brat used to good hotels such as..
But this hotel totally sucked.
It was supposed to look like...
Must have been photoshopped like a trillion times. Bah. It was utterly crummy.
Strikes to infinity - The shopping sucked! It was basically, prices equal to that of Hong Kong, fashions like that of a fourth world country ( yes, i know there's no such thing, I'm just trying to make a point!), the same, boring cuttings all over the place. And the touts selling the fake "vatches" compounded the whole Guangzhou experience as a sucky one. It will be the first, and the last!
Heh, Hong Kong is still better.!

Step back to reality...After the relaxation and 'swtched-off ness ' in white ( i'd like to imagine got snow la!) Hong Kong and now back to wet wet wet Singapore.The Xmas service in church was really really good and the drama was damn funny la. And the baby Jesus damn cute! He cried in the middle of the performance, but still damn precious!And now starts the hell of stuyding studying, rushing homework and making some sense of the madness in the festive- christmas and new years seasons.Hong Kong basically SUCKED!....Haha no la..Hong Kong JUST ROCKED! Only Guang zhou was....crappy.
More next time la, i have to work on a better posture! I have a freaking hunched-back, and at 17. That sucks. I dont want to be any shorter than i already am!

Leaving on a jet plane...
Flight is changed to 7 am saturday morning! Boo! But nonetheless, im damn excited, Strangely, more excited than many other holidays i've been on, and although my bags / clothes aren't packed yet, here i am, checking the Guangzhou and Hong Kong weather and liquid restrictions for the plane online.And please note that I am freaking out about them ( the restrictions ).!My mum and I aren't allowed to carry our facial products onboard the plane!!! What the hell!Mine dont matter because mine are like cheapo neutrogena, but my mum's there are expensive Estee Lauder range okae! What if they spill out of the container in the cargo hold! Damn boh-hua lo.! If that happens, i swear, United Airlines will get it from me! I really hope the liquids ban does not include creams.? Then at least we can hand-carry on the products as we have always done. Stupid American Carriers.!Pray for a safe trip for us...Please.!-----------------------------------------------------------
Been tanning for the past two days, basking in the sun has had its effects on me, Hee! Three tones darker, but there is the ugly swimming trunks tan-line, sometimes I wish I were in some exotic island, where i can suntan nude / in g - string, heh, no one would ever see me again mah. So very safe. But since im stuck here in good ol Sg, guess i would have to bear with the tan lines lo hahas.-----------------------------------------------------------Today I went to study at National Library with Mr Deng Zhaolong...And I must admit, although we were studying and were quiet most of the time, It was really fun! And admittedly, i feel damn motviated to study lo, upon seeing how much the HCI fella studies, I better wake up my idea la! And he's damn nice, still compliment me lei hahas.We should meet up again after I return!!!! and fufill the desire to cam-whore.! hahas.And hor, please don't say you feel dumb, for goodness sakes, your're in HCI Okae!
Suck la, don't have pic with only two of us. Okae la, have to make do.!Well, im off to pack again, till 7 days/ I better much poorer/ much cam whoring/ much shopping! Cya!

It has come...MINDEFApparently my well-known theory about CMPB forgetting about me has flopped.Albeit, i have other hopes, hahas. Unspoken Evil Hopes. Right.And I see Mr Chou Jian Rong has already started commenting about NS life...'I'll be having my 6 month anniversary in the army and that means 1.5 years more to ORD!!, and closer for sean to get enlisted!, that would put a smile on my face for years LOL.'
Eminently he takes joy in seeing my metamorphosis into a slave. Thanks. But not forgetting, we will both be in that hell hole for six months together. So don't be too glad yet, i will get the chance to say. Recruit Chou- Knock it down.
--------------------------------------------------------Today i went swimming at the not-so-new Tampines swimming complex.A supposed good swimmer who hasn't competitive swam for four years ala me, is as good as being a newbie swimmer, albeit, better and faster than the irritating kids who don't know how to swim in straight lines and keep head-on colliding into people! or forcing them to dive to the bottom or the pool to avoid the pyjamas-clad youngsters swarming to the side of the pool while stripping ( their pyjamas).Not-so-surprisingly, I found myself out of breath by the third lap, and tired out by the twelfth. Compared to the past, where fifteen laps would have been no problem, I left the Tampines swimming pool defeated.But vowing to go again, at a time with less kids nonetheless.I so doubt i will ever want to be a Father.

Addiction comes in many a form- Porn? Sex? Strippers? Hookers? Masturbation/ Wanking? God knows what sexual acts...?

Yet, addiction can be to good stuff? Right? i.e. - Jesus? Why not? Revelation...
The great thing about addiction is that it helps us get focused.
