Hmm. A B3 for chinese. Must say. Its a rather bittersweet feeling. Bitter= It's a freaking B! Ra and what's worse, i will never know how close
( or rather , how far. But i choose to think postive) I actually got to the A. Poo. On the pther hand, sweet= I honestly did not expect to get a b3 ( reference to my D7 dream). Considering my chinese standard, B3 isnt bad. In actual fact, i seriously came as quite a surprise. Of course, an A would have been better ( Not the mention the inclusion of me jumping up and down like a retarded monkey) but, the fact that i got a B3 aint that grim a reality either. Now comes the big question of whether to retake. I'm rather inclined not though. I seriously have no confidence that i can do any better. Well, guess i have to start bia-ing for my other subs. As a result, I'm starting my study marathon. Supposedly wiht lea yee. But have no idea where the pok he is.! PS me! You better feel guilty when you read this.Cell group just know rocked the message was so inspiring and i honestly felt it applied to me. With 'that' and yada yada yada. Glad that such a sermon was preached. Whoo...leadership files are out again. Interesting.
FINDING A WAY!Hi, I'm Phil PringleYou're going to love this;
The leader communicates the vision and announces the plan.
He selects and commissions a team to find the way to make it happen.
Consensus is good to a point; then it's all about leadership.
After a certian point the team are not the ones to say whether it can or cannot be done.
Moses' team exceeded their commission.
They were meant to find a way to implement their leaders' vision.
The finance people, the PR people, the management team are to find ways to make it happen, not find reasons why it can't happen.
A majestic thing is a leader and his team working together properly (Proverbs 30:30,31)
Cool as usual. I can finally lead a dog acorss the road! ( Corny and lame. Yes, i admit it)
